Dr. Austin’s skin care expertise encompasses medical, cosmetic and pediatric dermatology, with special interests in acne, eczema, skin cancer screenings, sun protection, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. She is humbled and honored to have been named one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors consecutively since 2016. Dr. Austin earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and her residency in dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Texas Dermatological Society, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Association. She enjoys public speaking and has given lectures to various Dallas social groups on a wide variety of topics ranging from pediatric dermatology and acne to cosmetics and sun protection. Dr. Austin lives in Lake Highlands with her husband Tripp, and their three young children, Burns, Virginia, and Dorothy. Her family is her greatest joy!

Dr. Reddick takes pride in developing relationships with her patients and working to make complicated medical issues more understandable. She is honored to have been named to Texas Super Doctors Rising Stars in 2013, 2014, and 2015, and to Texas Top Docs in 2018. Dr. Reddick graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School with the distinction of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society membership. She completed her internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and went on to her dermatology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. She served as chief resident her final year before returning to Dallas to enter private practice. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Medical Association (AMA), the Texas Medical Association (TMA), Texas Dermatological Society, Dallas County Medical Society, and the Dallas Dermatological Society. She has loved the privilege of practicing dermatology and the opportunities to speak to various volunteer, social and student groups, as well as continue to teach and mentor medical residents and students. Balancing her career with her family has been possible with the loving support of her husband Stefan, and their three awesome kids Audrey, Reid, and William.

Care Philosophy: Emily is passionate about skin health and is committed to providing her patients with the highest quality of care. She treats each patient with a fully customized approach tailored to their exact needs in order to best achieve their goals. Emily specializes in the treatment of acne, rashes, skin cancer detection, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. She believes the quest for beautiful skin always begins with healthy skin, and loves to help her clients look and feel beautiful.
Emily Ballowe is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with specialized training in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She received an athletic scholarship to play volleyball at North Carolina State University before completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas. She was a decorated two-time All-American volleyball player and was awarded the coveted Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the University of Arkansas. Upon completion of her bachelors, Emily trained in the Washington, D.C. area, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University and achieved her dermatology certification shortly thereafter. Emily has worked in Dermatology since 2016 and is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing and is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

Karen Adams, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with over ten years in the field of medical and cosmetic dermatology. She loves to care for her patients and help them feel like their best selves through combined medical dermatology and cosmetic treatments. Karen has a passion for aesthetics and is experienced in utilizing neurotoxins, facial fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. She also takes pride in performing thorough full body skin exams which aide in the early detection of skin cancers. In addition to educating patients on sun protection measures, she enjoys tailoring customized skin care regimens for her patients for a multitude of skin problems including acne, rosacea, melasma, and eczema. Karen believes beautiful skin is healthy skin that is achievable by all. Karen completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas in 2009. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Karen’s favorite thing to do is spending time at home with her loving husband and two beautiful daughters, Taylor and Ellie.

Austin & Reddick Dermatology offers non-surgical facial rejuvenation provided by Casey Ligon RN, BSN an Aesthetic Registered Nurse who specializes in both invasive and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Casey obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Stephen F. Austin State University and has since returned home to Dallas, Texas to solely practice aesthetic medicine. She is a current member of International Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Nurses and continues to commit to using the safest, most up-to-date treatments available. In addition to being a certified nurse injector, Casey is experienced in laser and light procedures such as the Sciton Forever Young BBL & Halo which treat pigmentation, broken blood vessels, wrinkles, scarring, and laxity. Casey offers comprehensive cosmetic consultations for patients, incorporating a variety of treatments that will provide the most long term benefit.

Allison is a Licensed Aesthetician with over 13 years of medical aesthetics experience, specializing in facial rejuvenation and body contouring treatments.Allison received her aesthetics license from I.T.S. Academy of Beauty in Plano, and has completed advanced training classes for Ultherapy, medical grade peels and laser therapy. She is trained on Sciton procedures including BBL, Moxi, and HALO. In conjunction with the facial treatments she performs, Allison is also passionate about quality medical-grade skincare to maintain results at home.
 
For Allison, the most rewarding part of her job is the relationships she cultivates with her patients. From helping each one find the best skincare for their specific needs, to customized treatment regimens, Allison appreciates each patient’s unique transformation journey.

Hilary Duenner, Licensed Aesthetician, is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma but moved to Dallas in 2013 after graduating with a bachelors degree in marketing at Oklahoma State University. She worked in marketing for several years until she discovered her love for skin care and aesthetics. She received her aesthetician license from the Aveda Institute of Dallas where she quickly went on to to receive her laser certification from the National Laser Institute.
Hilary is trained on Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, EVO Microneedling, Vivace Radio-frequency microneedling, medical grade chemical peels, unicorn facials, and Skin Pen. When Hilary isn’t in the office providing expert level care to her patients, she loves traveling with her finance and taking care of her pets.

Tori Walker is a certified physician assistant specializing in cosmetic services including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. Tori has 8 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology and is passionate about helping her patients feel confident about their skin at any age.
Tori graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in Auburn, AL where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2009. In 2013, she earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University’s School of Allied Health Sciences in Shreveport, LA.
Tori is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. She, her husband, and 3 children reside in Dallas.
